By accessing or using Cola VPN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Cola VPN provides virtual private network services that allow users to:

• Encrypt internet traffic and protect online privacy
• Access geo-restricted content and bypass censorship
• Secure connections on public Wi-Fi networks
• Browse the internet anonymously

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Keeping your account information up to date

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may not use our service for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal activities or violation of local, state, national, or international laws
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of unauthorized access to computer systems
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment must be received by the due date to avoid interruption of service.

• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your billing period

In no event shall Cola VPN, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
